As a platinum member, you are guaranteed service within 24 hours and only pay for parts. You receive 2 maintenance calls each year to inspect your equipment and advise you on possible repairs to prevent breakdowns and maintain the efficiency of your equipment. No heating and air-conditioning repair services are completed without your consent and any unused credit may be applied to a new heating or cooling system.

Gold Membership—$19.95 Monthly
As a gold member, you are guaranteed service within 48 hours and only pay a $19.95 service fee plus parts for each call. You receive 2 free maintenance calls per year and are also eligible to apply any unused credit towards new HVAC equipment.

Silver Membership—$12.95 Monthly
As a silver member, you receive 2 maintenance calls each year and only pay for parts during these visits. All memberships guarantee appointments, provide you with valuable service discounts, and allow you to apply a portion of your monthly unused balance to the purchase of special services or replacement systems.
